About Babak
I was born and raised in Iran. I moved to US in July 2000. I lived in Baltimore, MD for 4 years where I got my Bachelor degree In biology from University of Maryland-Baltimore county (UMBC), graduated class of 2004.Then I attended Ross university school of medicine ,where I got my MD degree in May 2008. Then I moved to Barberton, OH for residency at Barberton Family Practice residency program. I finished residency In June 2011 and joined a private practice (Community health care Inc.) and worked at Norton Family practice for 4 years. I subsequently moved to Lancaster PA in August 2015 and currently work for Lancaster General Health at Crooked Oak family Medicine.
I met my beautiful wife, Beckie in March 2013 during my first medical mission trip to Haiti and we got married in Nov 2014.
My wife and I have a passion for Haiti and we lead a medical mission trip to Cap Haitian annually.
